Join us for an exciting presentation and tour at the Larkin Center of Commerce. The Center is made up of 1.3 million square feet; including 12 contiguous buildings under one roof. The Larkin Center of Commerce is one of Western New York’s largest mixed-use facilities with exciting opportunities for tenants and visitors. Jim Cornell is managing partner and also the owner of new Eckls@Larkin restaurant. The new Eckls@Larkin is a sibling to the original which has been in Orchard Park for 85 years. Jim Cornell infused this restaurant with an exciting unique attitude and gorgeous design work.

BOMA members and guests will enjoy lunch at Eckls@Larkin while Mr. Cornell provides a brief presentation focused on the acquisition and re-development of the Larkin Center.  He will share some insight into the challenges faced as well as their innovative results. Following the presentation, we will tour the Center led by Sammy Sortisio, Senior Development Officer & Legal Counsel, and Scott Tempeny, Chief of Staff.
