Trico Building Redevelopment

Krog's much-anticipated conversion of the former Trico Manufacturing Plant to a mixed-use space will help to transform the city. When completed, the building will enclose 520,000 square feet spanning 6 floors.  The building will transform into an extended stay hotel, apartments and commercial space. The lower level and parts of the first and second floors will be dedicated to parking, a nod to the building's automotive heritage. Selective demolition to parts of the interior will create a new courtyard, providing natural light to the building’s central spaces and serving as entry and exit points for guests and workers. Located adjacent to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the building will provide apartment and hotel options for visitors, patients and professionals.

201 Ellicott Street Project

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation’s 201 Ellicott project, located in the core of Downtown Buffalo, includes affordable apartments and a much-anticipated food market.  The residential building will reach a height of 5 stories along Ellicott Street and 7 stories along Oak Street, and will include 131 one-bedroom units and 70 two-bedroom units. Braymiller Market will be located at the corner of Ellicott and Clinton Streets, and will offer fresh foods in a market setting and support local restaurants and commercial kitchens with a robust wholesale operation. We anticipate residents will also have access to a variety of comfortable and enjoyable outdoor spaces. 201 Ellicott is purposely designed to embrace use of the local transit options including shared vehicles, public transit and bicycling/walking.
