The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is a non-profit trade association and a federated chapter of BOMA International. Our membership includes commercial real estate professionals consisting of building owners, property and facility managers, developers, and other real estate professionals as well as associate members providing services and supplies to the commercial real estate industry. Our members own or manage over 55 million square feet of office, commercial, retail and industrial properties in Erie, Niagara, Allegheny, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Orleans, and Wyoming counties. Established in 1921, our mission is to actively represent the best interests of the commercial real estate owner, the real estate professional, and industry service providers through effective leadership in advocacy, through the collection and dissemination of information, and the professional development and accreditation of the real estate professional.
